Fair questions
Why not just use ChatGPT and a spreadsheet?+
Because the value is not in generating an exercise — it is in that exercise being assigned to a real student, marked, recorded against their progress, and reflected in what their family is invoiced. A chatbot cannot run your payroll.
What happens to our data?+
Your data is yours. Every academy is isolated at the database level, data is stored in the EU, and Verolen signs a data processing agreement with you before anything is imported. You can export or delete a student's record on request.
Is AI marking our students without a teacher seeing it?+
No. AI produces a draft grade with written feedback, and a teacher confirms or overrides it. Nothing reaches a student as final until a human has had the chance to look.
We already have systems for some of this.+
Most academies do, and they mostly work. The question is what they cost you in hours — someone copying attendance into a spreadsheet, someone else turning that into invoices, someone else again working out what each teacher is owed. That is the work we remove.
